🌿 Sustainable Sundays – Sewing Workshops
Â
Have you ever wanted to learn how to sew? Come along and have some fun and learn some new skills!
No experience necessary.
Join us for Sustainable Sundays, a series of creative sewing workshops designed to give old textiles new life. Each workshop explores practical, stylish, and mindful ways to sew more sustainably – from replacing disposable products to transforming forgotten fabrics into something fresh and useful.
You don’t need any sewing experience – just bring your curiosity.
Sustainable Sundays are about more than just sewing – they’re about slowing down, connecting with community, and discovering the joy of making with intention.
Workshop Details:

- Reusable pads you can use again and again
A perfect introduction to sustainable sewing that makes a big difference in your daily routine.
Second Life Sarongs- Sunday, 26th October
Turn a preloved sarong into a breezy, kimono-style beach cover-up. Simple, stylish, and lightweight – this project is as fun to make as it is to wear. You’ll never look at a forgotten sarong the same way again!
Deconstructed Denim- Sunday, 9th November
Give old jeans a brand-new purpose. In this workshop, you’ll cut, piece, and stitch preloved denim into smaller projects – think pouches, coasters, fabric baskets, or bags.
