Refund Policy- Private Lesson

  • All refunds for Private tuition are subject to a $20 administration fee and are available until 1 day (24hours) prior to the commencement of your lesson.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice, students cancelling will receive no refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment and are processed as soon as practicable.

  • Refunds for workshops are available until 1 day (24hours) prior to the commencement of your workshop.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice, students cancelling will receive no refund.

Refund Policy- Book a Machine

  • Refunds are available until 1 day (24 hours) prior to the date of your booking.
  • With less than 24 hours notice, cancellations will not receive a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to attend a lesson or workshop you have booked, we would love to work with you on finding a suitable solution for everyone.

 

Transferring Your Booking

  • If you wish to transfer your booking to another date, we require at least four (4) days notice prior to the start date of your original booking.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to attend a lesson you have booked, we would love to work with you on finding a suitable date and time for you.

Medical Events

  • If you feel unwell, do not attend your lesson.
  • Your safety is our priority, we reserve the right to make decisions if necessary to preserve the safety of all. 

We understand emergencies and life happen, please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to attend a lesson or workshop you have booked, we would love to work with you on finding a suitable solution for everyone.

Payments Policy

We require full payment to be made at the time of booking to secure your place. An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address.

We cannot hold or pencil-in bookings.

You are welcome to use either credit card, Afterpay or PayPal when you purchase from Wild Haired Girl's website. Either way, rest assured, you are using payment platforms constructed and administered by PayPal the world's most trusted online payment platform, or Shopify's (Certified level 1 PCI DSS) compliant gateway- offering the highest security rating for credit card transactions. Our site's online commerce transactions are fully encrypted and afforded the same buyer protection that PayPal and Shopify offer all global e-commerce transactions.

We endeavour to only collect the information we require to operate workshops and lessons, or to produce our own email mailing list.

The main way we collect personal information about you is when you give it to us by signing up to a mailing list, or enrol in a workshop or private lesson.

The personal information we hold about you includes your name, demographics, contact details, classes you have attended and classes you or your children may be interested in.

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your information which will not be shared or otherwise disclosed to any other third party or site. Our site, and your transaction is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption and your details are not retained by or accessible to Wild Haired Girl.

If you choose to become a member of our mailing list, we may occasionally update you on our latest products and promotions.
