Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $90. For orders under $90, a flat rate of $10 will be applied at checkout. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, and will include tracking information.
Please note, free shipping only applies to orders within Australia, we do not ship internationally at this time.
All orders, not including pre ordered items, will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre ordered items will be shipped as soon as your item is in stock, please contact us if you require more information regarding your pre ordered item.
To ensure timely delivery, please make sure to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or losses that result from incorrect shipping address or information.
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Wild Haired Girl. We take great pride in creating high quality handmade children's clothing and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
To start the return process, please email hello@wildhairedgirl.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to ship your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on any items that don't fit or meet your expectations. To exchange an item, please follow the same process as above for returns, and let us know which item you would like to exchange it for. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the correct size, colour or style.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.
